Refunds

At TheConversions, we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing and web solutions. Since our services are intangible and customized, returns are not applicable. However, we do offer limited refund scenarios as outlined below.

1. Non-Refundable Services

• Fees paid for consultations, campaign execution, SEO, design, or web development are non-refundable once the work has been initiated.
  
• Completed or delivered services cannot be refunded.
  

2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same service.
  
• Non-Delivery: If a project/service is not delivered within the agreed timeline and no valid reason/communication is provided by us.
  
• Technical Issues: If you are unable to access a purchased digital product/service due to a verified technical fault from our side.
  

3. Refund Process

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment via email at connect@theconversions.com.
  
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
